Winners of National Awards are announced
On Thursday, 14 April, the Hospital Caterers Association announced the winners of its national awards to more than 300 industry guests at its annual Leadership and Development Forum .
Five awards were presented on the night by Phil Shelley, the association's national chairman, and invited guests at the ACC Liverpool.
Introduced for the first time this year was the HCA’s brand new 6C’s award category, which was taken on the night by Paul Coulson of Serco at East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust.
