Neil Gibbs joins company to build and revitalise staff infrastructure
ICS Cool Energy has announced the appointment of a group HR director.
Neil Gibbs joins from Radiodetection - part of SPX Corporation - where he was global human resources director. During his time there, he gained extensive experience in developing a strategic HR structure and embedded the ongoing implementation of key initiatives that align individual performance to company requirements.
Commenting on his new role, Gibbs said: “It is a great privilege to join ICS Cool Energy because of its excellent reputation. I am impressed with its ambitious growth plans and have a clear picture of how to support these plans.
“My new role will involve building and revitalising staff infrastructure, helping to strengthen all areas of the business. I plan on re-evaluating the work culture to gauge if we are creating the optimum environment for people to grow and achieve. A strong, positive culture enables better recruitment, staff retention and customer service, so the better we make it, the more solid our growth will be.”
Chairman Phil Wilson added: “Neil’s appointment as our first HR director follows that of group marketing director, Paul Griffin, another newly-created role. Both are of critical importance to our growth plans.”
